Welcome to the family Sophie!

Sophie Marie Lehner was born on November 30, 2010 at 1:32pm. Sophie was 10 days over due when I went into the hospital to be induced. The midwife broke my water at 10am and I was hit hard with contractions right away, about 2-3 hours later I decided to get an epidural but by the time it was put in I had 10 mins to wait for it to take effect....Sophie was born 7 minutes later! So all in all I was in labor for 3.5 hours and pushed her out in 7 minutes, not bad but very painful! Sophie weighed 8lbs 6.5ozs and measured 20 inches long. She is so beautiful, looking at her is like looking at Cali when she was born...they have all the same features and even the same hair and eye color! Stephanie was watching Cali for us and they arrived about 2 hours after Sophie was born to welcome her into the world. Thank you so much Steph for everything you do for us and for all the yummy dinners, we are so lucky to have you in our lives!
Proud Nana...thanks for being there for me Mom, I really appreciate you and everything you do for me and my family!
Sophie's first car ride...we left the hospital 4 hours after her birth, the nurses all looked at us with confusion but why stay when we could go home and be comfortable!
Auntie Holly was our first visitor after we arrived home... thanks for being such a wonderful Auntie and sister, Cali really enjoys your visits and is asking to play those games on your phone!!
More visitors, Dad and Jeanie arrived with a cute little outfit for Sophie. Thank you so much for the gift and for the yummy dinner...so good!:)
And one more visitor...Elliott came with his big camera to catch all the shots! Thank you so much for bring home dinner for us, that was just wonderful!
Mommy and Sophie about 7 hours after she was born...I amazingly enough feel pretty good and hope to keep it going!
Sophie's first bath...she is not even 24 hours old yet. Sophie screamed the entire time, I'm sure she will change her mind about baths when she gets used to them!
Sophie is 2 days old and sweet as can be! She slept for 2 and 3 hours at a time last night and has slept most of the day away today. I think it's all thanks to having my milk come in so quickly, I am so pleased and pleasantly surprised that things are going so well!
Aaron brought the kids over for a visit tonight, it's so fun to see how much Lilah loves holding her new little cousin...it's so sweet!
Daddy relaxing with his two girls! Greg was such a big help last night and was able to sooth Sophie to sleep 2 times when I was exhausted, what a wonderful husband and father he is! Love you Greg! :)
