Christmas Dinner at Dad & Jeanie's!

We had such a wonderful dinner at Dad & Jeanie's tonight, everything was so delicious! Holly made a variety of desserts which were so good as usual, lucky us! :)

Cute cousins by the tree! It was so special tonight, the kids put on a Christmas singing concert for us, what beautiful voices they all have! :)

Presents!

Mom & Elliott stopped by in the afternoon to exchange gifts with us! While they were here we had a special video chat with Katie, Ian, Aaron & Olivia!

Thank you to everyone for making our Christmas so wonderful! I am so proud of my family, each and every one of you!

Christmas morning at our house with the girls was so much fun! They are so thrilled with all their new toys, come to think of it I haven't seen to much more of them since we opened the presents! Everyone is busy in their own corner of the house with their new stuff including me...I got a laptop and have been busy on it all morning!

Cali loves her new baby alive doll, she says "I'm a Mom now too!"

Santa was good too this year, he got Chocolate milk and hedgehogs left for him!!

Holly & Brian had us over on Christmas Eve for drinks,appy's and presents. They made us the most amazing gift box, we are so impressed with all the hard work and time put into them...so neat!

Holly made us Shirley Temples and boy were they good, I can't believe that Cali drank the same size glass as me! She was pretty hyper after that! :)

We went to Greg's parents for dinner on Christmas Eve! We had lots of yummy food and lots of amazing gifts!

My Beautiful Girls! :)

Greg and I just recently got new phones and I was playing with the camera taking pictures of the girls...they are just so cute and couldn't take a bad picture if they tried! :)

Sophie's Walking!

Sophie has decided that today is the day she is going to start walking! She has been taking a few steps here and there for quite awhile now but nothing consistent...now today she is walking everywhere, around obstacles, across the couch, just go go go! She so sweet, I'm so proud of her ! :)

Christmas is almost here...

We have been doing all sorts of fun things leading up to Christmas starting with putting up our tree just after Sophie's birthday! Cali put the star on the top, she was so proud! :)

Holly took our family Christmas pictures, which turned out absolutely amazing! Thanks again Holly! Holly was showing Sophie the pictures on her camera and she was very interested!

Yesterday we invited Presley over to do gingerbread decorating, it was so much fun but the girls took off on us after about ten minutes...they had more important things to do I guess! :)

This is the finished gingerbread house, tree & sleigh... I really enjoy the decorating, maybe I'll get ambitious enough next year and actually make the cookie part myself...who knows?!?!

Marie brought Cali and Presley a chocolate Santa, boy where they excited about that!

Presley stayed for dinner although they didn't really eat dinner. It's so fun to have the two of them together, they play so well and they are just so darn cute!

Today was Greg's work's kids Christmas party, we went ice skating again this year which Cali was really excited for!

I got Sophie all bundled up to go out on the ice in the stroller but she didn't look like she was having to much fun so she just ended up watching and waving to everyone!

I quick shot with everyone before Sophie was done...like the size of that helmet, I think it was bigger than Cali's! Sophie got a really cute piano music toy and Cali got a Tinkerbell music jewelry box, we had a really nice time!

Happy 1st Birthday Sophie!

Happy Birthday to the sweetest little girl, my Sophie! She is such a precious little girl, she is doing so many new things lately. Sophie has taken her first steps and is on her way to walking, gotten a new tooth and started saying some new words...kitty, doggie, dirty, uh oh. She is so smart, for quite awhile now you can just ask her a question and she will nod yes or no...it's really nice to have her able to let me know things before she learns all of the words! Sophie is such a little goofball, everyone seems to think that she is so serious but I think that she just takes her time warming up to people and then her true personality shines! :) Cali and Sophie get along so great, they are such giggly little girls...making each other laugh all the time and they also like to scream, oh boy it gets loud in this house! The picture below you can tell Cali was getting impatient, she just wanted to eat the cake but Sophie wouldn't sit still and kept putting her hands in the cake! :)
