Cali's First Ballet Class!

Lilah and Farrah started a ballet class last week so we decided to put Cali in the class as well. Today was Cali's first class and she mostly just watched and took it all in. When we got home we practiced all the moves and she said she is ready to dance next time! Lilah did such an amazing job, she is a wonderful little ballerina! :)

Sophie in her highchair for the first time....we were having dinner and I thought wouldn't it be nice if Sophie could sit at the table with us, of course, the high chair!!

Our First Family Trip To The Aquarium!

Last Thursday Greg had the day off work so we decided to take the girls to the Aquarium. Cali and I have both been a couple times before and this was Greg and Sophie's first time visiting the Aquarium! We had a really nice time together and can't wait to go again sometime! :)

Sophie was so interested in looking around, there was so much to see....but about 20 minutes in she was already ready for a nap!

They have a new 4D show at the Aquarium, so we thought we would check it out. They did warn us that some kids get scared, so we paid close attention to Cali. The first spay of water that Cali got in her face she yelled out "Daddy, I just got sprayed in the face" and everyone in the theater laughed! :) About 15 minutes in Cali was done with it, there where electric eels and our seats were vibrating so she was ready to leave!

Sophie is 7 Weeks Old!

My sweet little girl is 7 weeks old now! We had our last visit with the Midwife, who delivered Sophie, today...we will see the family Doctor when she is 3 months old. Sophie now weighs 11lbs 3oz and she is 22.5 inches long. Little Sophie has been smiling so much now! She is quite a gassy baby and when I tell her she has stinky toots she seems to think that's pretty funny! :) She has just started making a little coo sound and has short little baby conversations with me. Sophie is very expressive with her eyebrows, you can sort of guess what she is thinking when you watch them raise up and down. I think she's going to be just like me, can't hide how we are feeling because it's written all over our face! I have started having challenges with Cali again, I think it's just her age and having a sister who takes up so much time. I am really trying hard to understand and spend more quality time with her. I love both my girls so much and don't know what I would do without them! :)

A Welcome Sophie Girls Party!

Thanks to everyone for the fun party for Sophie! Holly did these really neat cupcakes...she just keeps getting better and better! sorry that not everyone is in the picture, my camera died...look at Mom's blog.

Sophie Is 6 Weeks Old!

Sophie is 6 weeks old now and what a sweet little baby she is! Sophie has gotten so much bigger lately and has been growing out of all her little clothes, I would guess she is over 10lbs now...she is getting weighed next week. In the last few days Sophie has really started kicking her legs a lot and grabbing onto things with her hands, it's really neat to see her changing from a little baby who just sits there to an active little one! Both of the girls and I have been getting out of the house lots going for walks and visiting with family, they both seem happier when we are on the go! I am so lucky to have my two special little girls, they are going to keep me on my toes for years to come...I can just tell! :)

Nana Met Sophie Today!

Sophie got to meet her Great Nana for the first time today, it was a very special visit! Nana couldn't stop smiling at Sophie, you could tell she just loves her to pieces! :)
