Today I had my 2nd visit with the midwife, I am 13 weeks & 4 days along! All my blood work came back great and she did my physical and said everything was great with that too! I found out that I am type A positive, which is neat to know since I don't think I have ever asked before! I was so excited about my visit today because I was sure that we would get to hear the baby's heartbeat....and we did!! I really didn't feel pregnant until that moment and I am so happy, I've had a tear in my eye all day! It was so special to have Cali there with me to hear the heartbeat for the first time, we got to listen to her heartbeat as well which was also very special! I hope you like the little video I took, the midwife you see was so great and I am so sad that she is just filling in and I probably won't see her again....
