Our trip back to Greg's old stomping ground!

On the plane to Toronto.....Cali was fascinated with the buckles and Brampa, as Cali calls him, had to be on his toes ready to unbuckle the buckle so Cali could keep on doing it up! Cali was relaxing in the car taking everything in....."What tat, what tat!"
The Parliament building in Ottawa. It was really neat that we ended up seeing the Emperor and Empress of Japan come out the front doors and wave at the crowd, we were there at the right time!
Cali wouldn't leave the store until we bought her this bear, you can probably guess that Greg had no problem buying it for her! :)
Our little gymnast!
Greg and Chris lived in this house in Hawkesbury til they were 19 and 15 years old. What a big girl!
Greg reunited with some of his old friends in Hawkesbury, Ontario. In the middle is Remo Wicki and to the right Les Hatz. They had a blast catching up and talking about the old days.
Mount Rigaud where Greg and Chris learned to snowboard.....pretty funny, nothing compared to our ski hills!!
The old Forum that Greg went to many a Habs game at!
Cali was going up and down and up and down the old Forum steps, Greg really thought that was special that Cali was walking on those steps!
The Bell Center.....the new Forum. We weren't allowed to look around inside the arena because they were setting up for an event which we later found out was a Kiss concert!
The Olympic Stadium, where Montreal Expos baseball team played and of course where the Olympics were held!
These are some pictures I took at sunset when we were going over the bridge. The pictures don't really do it justice, it was so beautiful in person!
Downtown Montreal.
This is the house that Greg and Chris grew up in when they were little kids in Greenfield Park, South Shore.
Cali strolling though the park!
Cali was reading her Buddy a story, so cute! Kingston, Ontario
"A booat, a booat!"
There was a festival going on when we arrived and it turned out to be a street performer festival. We walked around for a bit, it was nice to be out in the breeze and stroll through the crowd.
The CN tower.
We finally found Much Music after about a 3 hour detour on a different Queen Street......what a disappointment, there was nothing going on and it was this little tiny window on the street corner.....looks much different on TV!
Cali slept most of the way back on the plane home, she was so exhausted from the trip! She also slept most of the day away the day after we got back, Cali was only awake for maybe 4 hours that day!
